Potato Skins

Whenever I say the word, potato, I want to say it with an Irish accent. I seriously have no clue why! Haha.  As I sat down to write this, that’s  what came to mind and I just thought it wouldn’t be fair if I didn’t share that. Anyways, back to potato skins... I don’t know about…
